Founder and Producer
Charlotte is a Producer, Executive Producer, and former charity CEO. She developed CreativeHQ to demystify the process of developing a sustainable media production company. Charlotte has been involved in creative media since the age of 12, initially as an actor, then as a documentary producer, and subsequently as a company founder before assuming the role of CEO at the Independent Film Trust. There, she oversaw the production of a wide range of film, VR, audio, and immersive media projects, while also mentoring over 100 creative media producers. Charlotte founded Tough Crowd, a London-based production company producing film and TV projects for international audiences. Her aim in building CreativeHQ is to empower independent media producers to take control of their lives and careers, facilitating long-term success.

Sasha Damjanovski
Sasha has 30 years of experience writing, directing and producing film, TV, theatre and short-form commercial projects. In addition to receiving festival awards, his work has been distributed in cinema, on TV and produced for the stage, receiving both critical acclaim and audience appreciation.
As an educator and coach, Sasha works as an Associate Lecturer at Central Saint Martins (UAL), and collaborates regularly with the NFTS and several other UK universities. With many years of experience working in business communications, he now works as a coach and consultant with a variety of UK and international corporate and individual clients.
